The Minister of Finance and Economy Delina Ibrahimajt said after the meeting of the Council of Ministers that for 2023, economic growth will be 5.7% in nominal terms. 

" We predict that during 2023 the Albanian economy will grow at a rate of 2.6% in real terms and 5.7% in nominal terms.

We will continue to have a fiscal consolidation, reducing the deficit rates, anticipating a primary balance. The goal is for the Albanian economy to withstand all the risks from crises.

This budget will continue not to increase the price of electricity and will continue to support the needy ," said Brahimaj.
