The head of the DP, Lulzim Basha, spoke today about the law that transfers public property to the private sector and that was approved yesterday in the Assembly with the majority of votes.
Basha called this a law commissioned by the oligarchs who want to take public property and one of them is the Albanological Institute of Tirana .
According to him, this is one of the thousands of properties being targeted through this law.
" The initial indications obtained through the denunciations that come to the Democratic Party, show that the interests of persons declared non grata for reasons of organized crime and influencing and corrupting the elections, have set their eyes on the Albanological Institute of Tirana. This is one of the thousands of properties that fall under this law and are being targeted through this law. However, we, together with the Anti-Corruption department, with our legal department are doing the full analysis. It is certain that the first moment we have something to say, it is beyond doubt, we will make this public and we will take it where it needs to be taken to SPAK ", Basha said at the media conference.
