The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, spoke today outside the SPAK premises about the judge, Irena Gjoka.
While saying that she is one of the judges who works for political interests, Berisha emphasized that Irena Gjoka belongs in prison and not in the courtroom. He further said that the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, is defending Irena Gjoka for political reasons.
Berisha said that although he presented documents in May proving the acts that penalized the judge, no action was taken for the High Prosecutorial Council (KLP) to dismiss Irena Gjoka from office.
Sali Berisha: This is also related to Irena with five surnames, with his Siamese sister. When I presented the document with the apostille stamp in May, these gentlemen said that we had not officially received it. They did not take any action to have the KLP remove Irena with five surnames from office and take her for criminal prosecution.
The prosecution has requested from Greece the document with the apostille stamp that we had... the letter states that it confirms that the decision is authentic and was not executed due to the prosecutor's act .
