Former President of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi , has arrived today at the Special Court in The Hague, where the next hearing of his trial will take place.

This day marks a new phase of the trial, the beginning of the testimony of defense witnesses.

After months of evidence presented by the Prosecution, it is now the turn of the defense team to present evidence and testimony that, according to them, refutes the charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity during the 1998–1999 war.
