Professor Pëllumb Pilinçi denies that there is a shadow government, calling it the words of people. In a message shared, the well-known professor states that he has formed his own government and expects to put people in offices, but not in the offices that are currently there, because he promises to paint and clean them with plaster.

During his conversation, Professor Pilinçi states that he came for the people and not for himself, despite having children and grandchildren that he would like to enjoy, but he is making this sacrifice because Albanians sit in cafes and make money.

"I am for you, I am not for myself. I am wasting time for myself. I also have children, I also want to enjoy my children, I also want to enjoy my grandchildren, which I am not able to enjoy. Why? I came for you. For you who only have chatter in cafes, only deception. All the televisions that have come out are making money and you are laughing." - says the self-proclaimed head of the non-'shadow' government, professor Pëllumb Pilinçi.

During this video, he also made serious accusations against the new government, saying that 8 of the ministers are Greek agents.

He further vows to bring Albania within its natural borders and says that he has declared a government, according to him, not a shadow one, and is only waiting for the people to come and enter office.

"Pilinçi will make Albania with natural borders. I have been sleeping for three hours and my mind is on the trusts I have. I have finished the trusts I have, the government will be formed. We did it and leave what people say, not in the shadows. Pilinçi has formed the government. I am waiting for people to come out to where the offices are, but not in these offices that are.
