The President of Albania, Bajram Begaj , has compared Greece 's veto to Albania for negotiations with the story of the student and the teacher .

President Bajram Begaj from Sofia made these comments during the joint press conference with the Bulgarian President .

Greece does not sign the opening of Albania 's first chapters with the EU , imposing a veto because of the Beleri case.

Greece's attitude has been criticized by EU countries, one of them being Germany .
