The Special Court sets the date, when the decision on Berisha is made

The Special Prosecutor's Office (SPAK) has submitted to GJKKO the request for house arrest for former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, who is accused of corruption in the affair of the privatization of the former "Partizani" complex.

After the submission of SPAK's request, GJKKO has set the date of December 26, at 10 am, for the execution of the change in Berisha's measure.
