SPAK demands the return to prison of Jamarbër Malltez, a person under investigation for the "Partizani" file. The Special Prosecutor's Office contested the Supreme Court's appeal decision, which reduced the security measure from "prison arrest" to "house arrest" for Malltez, the son-in-law of former Prime Minister Berisha.

Sources near SPAK confirmed that the appeal has been filed in the Supreme Court.

A little while ago, Jamarbër Malltez's request for the return of the cell phone that was seized as part of the investigation into the privatization of the "Partizani" file was rejected.

The appeal of the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime did not change the decision of the First Instance by not releasing them from the seizure.

The son-in-law of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha had requested the return of the mobile phone, computers and some other materials that were seized earlier by order of SPAK.

Currently, Malltezi is being investigated under the "house arrest" security measure.
