Today's plenary session for the voting of Bajram Begaj in the fourth round as the new head of state has been boycotted from the beginning by the deputies of Enkelejd Alibeaj's group.

There were 30 Democrat deputies who were absent, while Agron Gjekmarkaj, Ervin Salianji and Grida Duma were present.

Deputies supporting Berisha were also present, but boycotted him only after a few minutes present in the hall.
