From the courtyard of the Assembly, Balla stated that the process is constitutional, while adding that Berisha should take Meta to the Constitutional Court if he claims that the decree is unconstitutional.

"To say that this issue, or to say that the Albanian consulate in Istanbul is not Albanian land, but Turkish is the same as saying once that the sea of ​​Albania belongs to Greece.

The process is constitutional, the right to be elected is guaranteed to everyone. The Assembly hosted the procedure initiated by the Ministry of Defense, the Prime Minister and then by the President. "If Berisha is satisfied with Meta and wants to see Meta in the Constitutional Court, let him prove it is his case," said Balla.

Balla further said that Bajram Begaj will be a consensual President.
