Deputy/Chairman of the Democratic Party and MP Luciano Boçi presents his candidacy in the Primary for the Municipality of Elbasan. 

In a conference with the media, Boçi said that he is aware of the difficult battle he has "with Edi Rama, with corruption, with dirty money".

" I often make my own reflections, I often resemble myself in Elbasan as the lyrical subject of Xhevahir Spahi's poem 'My debts'.

I owe support, success, time, every person who supported me, debt to the young people of Elbasan who today experience double depopulation, debt to farmers, our parents for a better life, we owe each child to bring a better life better and calmer.

In my fear, concern, I have always seen Elbasan, who has only walked in two dimensions during these 2 years. From the present it goes to the past. A step backwards, so I want to commit together with my citizens to patiently try to return it to its former glory.

I know very well that my battle is not easy, my battle is with Edi Rama, with corruption, with dirty money ," Boçi said.
