This is because the last time these three forums were convened simultaneously came up with the decision to burn mandates.

Last week, Basha separately convened the parliamentary group and the College of Party Branch Chairs. The parliamentary group almost called for his resignation, while from the College of Chairs, since most of them are appointed by Basha, he received the support.

The parliamentary group itself was divided on whether or not the resignation should be conditional. The three loyalists of The Oblast, Jorida Tabaku, Enkelejd Alibeaj and Gazment Blanci demanded that Basha resign on the condition that Sali Berisha not return to the party.

The re-establishment group and Sali Berisha themselves have described the condition as ridiculous. "Whoever plays the bloph, I'll leave the blof," the former PD leader said.

It remains to be seen what the decision of The Oblast will be, from which the other events within the DP will later flow, but in advance there are two scenarios.

The first scenario is for Basha to resign and the party to be led by a group of MPs from those who support him and Salvini to lead him to the election.

The second scenario is for Basha to refuse to resign today, which could cause MPs within the Parliamentary Group to start gathering firms in order to ask the Speaker of Parliament that he no longer be part of the group.
