The Socialist Party has officially filed the document with proposals for the division of Parliamentary Committees.

Subject: Draft decision “On some amendments to the decision of the Assembly no. 166, dated 16.12.2004, “On the approval of the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly of Albania”, as amended

Legal basis: Article 75, point 2, of the Constitution and Articles 55 and 117 of the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly

Attached you will find the draft decision "On some amendments to the decision of the Assembly no. 166, dated 16.12.2004, "On the approval of the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly of Albania", as amended, together with the accompanying report, a proposal of a group of deputies.
