The head of the SP parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, proposed the second round for the election of the President next Monday.

At today's meeting of the Conference of Presidents, Balla said that this is a proposal that we all agree on.

"I propose that the second round take place on Monday, May 23 at 18:00. This is a proposal that we all agree on ", said Balla.

The Conference of Presidents convened today to decide on the second special session for the election of the new President of the Republic. Yesterday the first round took place, which was burned because there was no candidacy for President of the Republic.

Neither the majority nor the opposition addressed the assembly by name. Today the Conference of Mayors will decide when the second round will be held.

According to legal provisions, the second round is held no more than 7 days from the first round and the last date is next Monday. It is the Conference of Presidents that sets the date.
