In the report made to the Integration Council , the head of SPAK , Altin Dumani, said that from January of this year until the end of September , 151 criminal proceedings were registered.

During his speech, Dumani said that senior police officials are also under investigation. Without mentioning names, Dumani said that a former minister , a former deputy minister , 6 former mayors , 2 general secretaries , 3 former judges , 1 former prosecutor are under investigation .

Altin Dumani : For the period from January 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023, 151 criminal proceedings were registered with 133 persons under investigation.

Of these, a total of 13 criminal proceedings are under investigation with 15 persons under investigation, former senior public officials, including former justice officials, as follows: 1 former minister, 1 former deputy minister , 6 former -mayors , 2 general secretaries , 3 ex-judges , 1 ex-prosecutor .

4 of them were former justice officials, of which 1 person turns out to be dismissed by the KPK. 7 criminal proceedings have been registered against 9 persons, former officials of the State Police. The number of criminal proceedings registered for State Police officials has increased by 75% .
