In a statement to the media, the Shkodra police announced that they discovered a shepherd's house in Trush. Dede and Anton Laca, father and son who cultivated cannabis with bulbs, have been arrested.

The structures of the Local Police Directorate of Shkodër continue the consecutive operations to attack attempts to cultivate narcotic plants, in open areas or in closed premises.  

After the completion of the control of the territory, for the identification and attack of cases of cultivation of narcotic plants, with the use of dozens of high-quality drones, supported by the General Directorate of the State Police, by the information from the aerial monitoring of the GDF and by the information provided by the police intelligence, during this year, 158 621 narcotic plants cultivated in the ground and 41 883 seedlings cultivated in cubes, which have been ascertained in the initial phase, were destroyed. For these cases, 74 perpetrators were arrested and criminally prosecuted. 

At the same time, the Police services have intensified their work by carrying out checks in closed premises in which there is a tendency for the cultivation of narcotic plants, by means of lamps.

In this context, the specialists for Narcotics Investigation, based on the information provided that in the village of Trush i Poshthem, administrative unit Bushat, an uninhabited dwelling was adapted for the cultivation of narcotic plants, by means of lamps, in cooperation with the Vau Police Station of Deja, the services of the Special Operational Force and the Special Force "Shqiponja", of the Shkodër Local Police Directorate, organized and finalized the coded police operation "Trushi". 

During the operation, it was discovered that the uninhabited apartment was adapted for the cultivation of narcotic plants. In the entrance part of the apartment and in its four rooms, dozens of narcotic plants cultivated in pots, using electric lamps, were found.     

From the inspection of the premises of the apartment, in addition to the narcotic plants cultivated in pots, an advanced electrical and air conditioning system was found, which was installed in the four rooms of the apartment and at its entrance.     
 
At the time of the intervention by the police services, in the apartment adapted as a laboratory, citizen Lorenc Trieshi, 34 years old, resident of Fushë Kuqe, Kurbin, was caught in the act taking care of narcotic plants.    

From the inspection of the apartment, it was found that there was an illegal electricity connection, which served to supply the electrical equipment used for the cultivation of narcotic plants.    

As material evidence, 82 lamps and various electrical devices, 5 aspirators were seized, as well as 123 narcotic plants that were grown in pots were taken for examination.

Nga veprimet e  shpejta në vendngjarje, u bë i mundur identifikimi i autorëve  të kësaj veprimtarie kriminale, konkretisht shtetasit: Dedë Laca, 64 vjeç dhe djali i tij Anton Laca, 36 vjeç, të cilët u kapën menjëherë dhe u ndaluan nga shërbimet e Policisë. Nga hetimet rezultoi se shtetasi i kapur në flagrancë në banesën e përshtatur, Lorenc Trieshi, është nipi i shtetasit Dedë Laca. Në përfundim të hetimeve paraprake u bë arrestimi në flagrancë i këtyre 3 shtetasve, për veprat penale “Kultivimi i bimëve narkotike”, “Mbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i armëve, armëve shpërthyese dhe municionit” dhe “Vjedhja e energjisë elektrike”, të kryera në bashkëpunim.

Në vijim të operacionit, gjatë kontrollit të ushtruar në banesën e organizatorëve të kësaj veprimtarie kriminale, u gjetën dhe u sekuestruan në cilësinë e provës materiale, 1 armë zjarri kallashnikov me 2 karikatorë me fishekë, 1 armë gjahu sportive, 2 automjete, tip “Range Rover” dhe tip “Benz”, prodhime të viteve të fundit.   

Në vijim të operacionit u shoqëruan në ambientet e Policisë, kryetari i fshatit Trush i Poshtëm, shtetasi K. D., 38 vjeç, lexuesi i matësve elektrikë në zonë, shtetasi Z. N., 26 vjeç, si dhe elektricisti i zonës, shtetasi F. H., 29 vjeç,  ndaj të cilëve u referuan materialet procedurale në Prokurori ku nisi procedimi në gjendje të lirë, për veprën penale “Shpërdorimi i detyrës”.   

Gjithashtu, një vëmendje e veçantë po i kushtohet zbatimit të masave të Paketës për Sigurinë në shkolla dhe vijimit të megaoperacionit policor të koduar “Tempulli”, për parandalimin dhe goditjen e tentativave për shitje të lëndëve narkotike në afërsi të shkollave apo për të rekrutuar nxënës, me qëllim ushtrimin e kësaj veprimtarie kriminale, siç ishin rastet në 2 shkolla të qytetit të Shkodrës, me 2 nxënës që shpërndanin lëndë narkotike në këto shkolla, si dhe mbanin me vete mjete prerëse.     

Në këtë kuadër, strukturat policore në të gjithë qarkun po bashkëpunojnë me oficerët e sigurisë në shkolla dhe me stafet pedagogjike, duke ushtruar kontrolle me qëllim parandalimin e futjes në shkolla, të lëndëve narkotike dhe të sendeve të kundërligjshme.     

Siguria në shkolla dhe mbajtja pastër e tempujve të dijes, nga fenomenet negative që tentojnë të shtrijnë tentakulat në këto ambiente, janë prioritare për Policinë, ndaj do të intensifikojmë bashkëpunimet me institucionet arsimore, oficerët e sigurisë, pushtetin vendor dhe institucionet e tjera përgjegjëse, me qëllim zbatimin me korrektësi të masave të Paketës për Sigurinë në shkolla.
