The candidate of the opposition for the Municipality of Kamza is expected to be the former head of the Police and former MP Asllan Dogjani. 

There was a page on social networks that reported this and this post was also shared by Dogjani himself, confirming this.

After this post, Dogjani was also asked by the media and he confirmed that he will compete in the primaries that will be held by the DP for the election of the candidate.

"The Democratic Party has entrusted the candidacy for the Municipality of Kamza to Asllan Dogjan, this son of Kuksjan (Lumjan) who was raised among ordinary people. He comes from a perfect family with traditions in Lume. He has always shown himself in support of community." it is said in the post shared by Dogjani.

Also, from a look at his profile on social networks, it can be seen that Dogjani has been meeting with the Democrats for days.

In 2009, Asllan Dogjani was elected deputy under the logo of the Socialist Party for the Kukës District and then switched to the Democratic Party. 

He was nominated by Basha in the last elections of April 25, 2021 in the District of Tirana, where he managed to get over 5 thousand votes, but his ranking on the list made it impossible for him to enter the Assembly.
