Opening the Files/ Tritan Shehu was a spy, collaborated against the clergy

The Assembly of Albania approved with 94 votes the law on State Security Files , there were only two abstention votes, which belonged to MP Nasip Naço and Damian Gjiknuri .

The majority and the opposition have joined the votes to approve some amendments to the law of the state security files where it becomes possible to open all files from 1944 to 1991.

At the same time, according to these amendments, the candidates for high management positions must again go through the sieve of the Authority of Files, despite the fact that previously they may have received a certificate of purity from the two commissions " Mezini " and " Bezhani ".

Journalist Nebil Çika says that the approval of the files law is the biggest achievement in 30 years related to this issue, but there is still work to be done.

In an interview for Euronews , Çika said that the absence of Berisha in yesterday's voting shows that the series now was a lack of political will to vote for him earlier. According to him, this law politically helps the right, but on the other hand it is more of a problem for DP than for SP as the political heir of the Labor Party .

For the journalist, PD is full of spies and collaborators of the regime, among them MP Tritan Shehu .

" One of the people who led the communist youth in the destruction of churches and mosques was Tritan Shehu, it is known by everyone, you can find him in newspapers and magazines.

He signed the letter sent to Comrade Enver, that these are reactionaries and should be killed. He was the youth secretary of the gymnasium, this is enough for him not to be a representative of believers and the politically persecuted ", said Çika.
