DP leader Sali Berisha said today in Parliament that Edi Rama has taken the "Kraksi" dossier into his hands, implying that the prime minister is in the red circle.

"Your boss, for a week, for a few days, has been taking over the Kraksi file. Did you hear about it? And my Italian friends ask me, what does this Kraksi file want? With some additional questions.

Kraksi is the socialist who escaped after stealing and settled in Tunisia. Yes, you know that very well. Even his visits to the Gulf countries seem to have the same meaning. What does Kraksi need the file for?

"You tell me? How is it possible that this guy got the Kraks file now, tell me a little bit. It's possible because they know he's in the red circle. He's in the red circle of the Albanians. The Albanians won't forgive him. He's absolutely hopeless. He's become famous. His acts have already become known all over the world," said Berisha.

The Democrat leader also criticized what he considered Rama's "cynical attitude" towards farmers. Berisha noted that Rama has removed oil subsidies, at a time when European countries have doubled them.

"One of the forms of Albanians leaving their land is oil. You steal it while they take the dirt roads. How is it possible that at the peak of oil prices you tell them that you also removed the oil subsidy, which all the surrounding countries, all European countries, have.

"Macedonia sells it for 1,500 at the pump, but gives it to farmers for under 1,000. Your leader comes out and says that Europe has removed this, he said to a farmer one day, while Europe has doubled it. You stole all the IPARD money and deprived Albanian farmers of 130 million euros," continued the head of the blue headquarters.
