Democratic Party Chairman Sali Berisha has arrived at the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK), as part of the measure against him to be required to appear, in connection with the "Partizani" file.

"Justice delays, but it does not forget," he said at the start of his speech before a statement to the media.

During his speech, Berisha raised accusations against the former head of SPAK, Altin Dumani. Regarding the vetting process he went through, Berisha raised doubts about the accuracy of his asset reporting.

The democratic leader presented a document to journalists, where, according to him, on page 7, it is stated that Dumani "made a contract of sale in 2006 with AP, the son of the woman's uncle, for an apartment (and office) at €390/m². But a page later (page 8), while vetting, it is written that he has been living in the apartment that did not exist in 2006 since 2004 and at €390/m². Later, Dumani appointed AP's personal bodyguard as a private policeman, when he removed those to whom he had sold the apartment several times."

Berisha added that the Commission contacted him and said that the purchase price of this property is worth 390 thousand euros, as according to him it is located "in one of the most elite areas of Tirana, from the Lake to Kodra e Diellit there."
