Bardhi calls on SPAK: Follow the money for Belinda's 'Tigers'!

The head of the Democratic Party's Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, recalled that a year ago he submitted documentation to the Special Prosecution Office implicating Bleinda Balluku in the Tigris 1 and 3 affair in Vlora.

In a post on social media, Bardhi called on SPAK to: Follow the money. That's the answer to why Belinda's Tigers produce energy up to 6 times more expensive than the market.

More than a year ago, I submitted to SPAK official documentation directly implicating Belinda Balluku in one of the largest corruption cases: the floating energy production ships “Tigri 1” and “Tigri 3” in Vlora.
In the file sent to SPAK, I argued with evidence that:
1. The country was not in emergency conditions. This was confirmed by Belinda Balluku herself, when she stated that the ships would produce energy only 2 years after the contract.
2. The tender conditions were created to favor the winner and that he was predetermined, with a fictitious competition. The company had notified the American authorities of the tender before the winner was announced.
3. The company did not own the ships either when the tender was announced or when it was announced the winner.
4. The costs were very high and it is not known where the 80 million euros for the two ships are going, since the company is registered in a tax haven.
5. The energy that would be produced was very expensive.
I don't know what SPAK is doing with this file, which openly steals from Albanians and takes about 100 thousand euros from public money every day.

An investigation by the show “Piranhas” has recently brought shocking data: the energy production by Tigrat is up to 6 times more expensive than the market. The data shows that the energy produced by sailing ships has a cost of €675/MWh, while the market price is only €111/MWh.
The difference is extraordinary. Therefore, it is up to SPAK to discover why such a contract was signed that extorts millions of euros from Albanians.
“Follow the money” is the best way to uncover corruption. This is the real map that SPAK must follow to get to the source of this story.
Therefore, my call to SPAK is only one:
Follow the money. There is the answer to why Belinda’s Tigrat produces energy up to 6 times more expensive than the market
