The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, once again came out today in defense of Ilir Meta, who appeared a few days ago in the glass cage during a session at the GJKKO.

Berisha referred to one of SPAK's accusations against Meta for using two credit cards in the name of a relative of Monika Kryemadhi.

Berisha: I am not Meta's lawyer, but they sent a letter of request to the US to investigate credit cards, because they say that this (Meta) and Monika used 2 credit cards of her cousin. There are witnesses and facts that Ilir Meta has never used a credit card, neither in Albania nor abroad. She used her cousin's card. That lady has a cousin. They are deceiving that they used 2 cards.
