The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, during a statement to the media, today before SPAK, presented a detailed chronology of Irena Gjoka's actions and her connections with justice institutions.

Berisha mentioned everything from Gjoka's rejection of her resignation due to conflict of interest, to the decisions and responses of the Supreme Court of Kosovo and the Supreme Court of Justice, as well as publications by foreign and local media related to her expulsion from Greece.

The opposition leader emphasized that these actions show the political influence on justice and how these officials decide on the legal issues of Albanian citizens, getting involved in cases that harm the order and functioning of justice.

Excerpt from the statement:

Dear citizens, today I will present to you all the protection that Edi Rama or Ramaduro of Tirana gives to the delinquent Irena Gjoka, who is the most authentic personification of the Albanian narco-state and the functioning of its legal system.

Thus, on October 26, 2023, Irena rejected my lawyers' request to resign due to conflict of interest, since she had been dismissed from the Supreme Court in 1996, on the pretext that she did not have documents.

So, I was fired, she said, but you don't have the document.

In November 2023, the Supreme Court of Kosovo (KLGJ) gives my lawyers the Supreme Court's decision to dismiss Irena Gjoka in 1996, but two weeks later this institution lies to the DP MPs by writing to them that there was allegedly no Supreme Court decision in 1996.

So, look, a state institution, which two weeks ago had provided confirmation of her dismissal, and even a copy of the dismissal decision, two weeks later responds to DP MPs that such a decision does not exist after receiving the order from Edi Rama.

3. In December 2023, my lawyers' request for resignation due to conflict of interest was again rejected, not because she no longer had the decision, but because according to her, this was a collegial decision, demonstrating complete and total ignorance because the Supreme Court was chaired at the time by the President of the Republic.

4. The Greek newspaper Ta Nea publishes in March 2024 the article that Irena Gjoka has been deported from Greece as a forger.
5. On March 4, 2024, the Supreme Court issues a statement in defense of Irena Gjoka, instead of investigating her.

So, he swears on the political and corrupt virginity of Irena Gjoka. Imagine what kind of institution this is. So, he swore on Irena's head.

On May 4, 2024, Easter Saturday and Sunday, the newspaper Prototema publishes the court decision to expel Irena Gjoka.
On May 7, 2024, the general prosecutor's office declares that it is launching an in-depth investigation.

So, for over 18 months, the in-depth investigation has been shelved.

On May 2, 2025, the Court of Ioannina issues the decision with an apostille stamp not only for Irena's deportation, but also for the final criminal decision.

On May 5, 2025, I presented here before you the document with an apostille seal, which all of Albania heard and saw.

On May 5, 2025, the delinquent Irena Gjoka denies having been convicted or deported from Greece in an interview she gave to the BIRN newspaper, which constitutes a public deception and in legal terms constitutes an ongoing crime.

On May 6, 2025, the 2003 power of attorney that Irena Gjoka had issued to the notary in Fier to hire a lawyer to challenge the deportation decision was issued. So, the alibi that she was unaware of it falls.

Do you understand who these are?

They deserve every epithet for deciding on the guilt or innocence of Albanian citizens, for protecting their legal interests, for punishing criminals, and for ordering what happens to them.
