Analyst Baton Haxhiu says that the main goal of the PD restructuring is to bring Berisha back to the helm of the PD. Haxhiu said that in September he predicts 'another Albania' because besides Berisha, Meta will also return to the helm of the SMI.

The analyst even stressed that he predicts that President Meta is expected to be declared 'non grata' at the end of his term. " September will be a combination of political forces of two non grata people ", said Haxhiu. According to him, in this situation, the government will have it very easy in front of Berisha and Meta.
