The Conference of Speakers has approved today the work calendar of the Assembly for the period November 22-December 3, 2022.

In the meeting chaired by the speaker of parliament, Lindita Nikolla, the Conference of Speakers decided to hold plenary sessions on November 24, December 5, December 15 and December 22, 2022.

The meeting decided that the development of the motion with debate on European integration, scheduled for the plenary session on November 17, will last 4 hours.

Also, at the meeting it was decided that the debate on the draft law "On the approval of the framework agreement, between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and Eagle Hills Real Estate Development, Albanian Seaports Development Company, sh.a. and Nshmi Development LLC, regarding the strategic investment project "Durres Marina & Yachts", scheduled for the plenary session on November 24, to last 6 hours.

Until now, the 2 billion dollar project of the Port of Durrës is considered a corrupt affair and has been opposed by the opposition. Behind this project are several offshore companies and it is not known who the real investors are.
