Moderator Ardit Murataj has warned of a lawsuit in SPAK for the managers of Albanian Radio Television.
The news was announced by the moderator himself, who claims that he was unfairly removed from the management of the morning show on RTSH.
He has shared a video on his social network "Instagram", where he says that he will sue this institution for this unjust and unjustified dismissal.
According to him, the contract was for a full television season, while he has done only 20 shows.
He also says that there is evidence that he was blackmailed, but he does not give details or names about how he was threatened.
However, he adds that he is ready to submit all the evidence he has collected to the Special Structure against Corruption and Organized Crime.
Moderator's response:
" Dear friends, but also from you ill-wishers.
Deeply guided by the institutional principles and those of the rule of law, dedicated to the task for which RTSH contracted me for one season but which did not last more than 20 episodes, as the author and host of the program "Good Morning Albania", today I inform you that the journey to RTSH has ended.
Faced with illegality, but also blackmail proven with documents and audio-visual evidence, I am informing you that I will turn to SPAK, with any information, evidence or facts.
To bring my justice and integrity to the country, as well as the employees or former employees trampled by the RTSH leadership.
RTSH, who, according to the lawyers with whom I have consulted, committed an abuse of office.
I am informing them in these moments manly by confronting them and not treacherously as they do. I salute them all without any respect.
And above all humbled by the messages of solidarity to my friends and colleagues. Yours, Ardit Murati ," says the moderator in the video.
When several hours have passed since his announcement, there is still no reaction or clarification from RTSH regarding the termination of the contract with the moderator.
For the show " Good Morning Albania ", Murataj was hired to replace Valbona Mhilli and Ermal Qori.
Both were fired in May of this year because the blunders they made on the show went viral on social networks.
