WhatsApp error lands Albanian in prison again in England: Adds probation officer to group

A mistaken WhatsApp message landed an Albanian in England back behind bars, just two weeks after he was released from detention. 

When Urim Pomari was released from prison on October 21, he returned to selling cocaine, as this British portal reports.

He created a group on the WhatsApp platform where he sent offers for the sale of cocaine, using the snow emoji as a code for the drug.

In this group, he had mistakenly entered the number of the probation officer, to whom he was supposed to report every week.

After the message was seen, police raided his home in Ipswich. Inside, they found cocaine, scales and £1,255 in cash.

His mistake was also mentioned in the courtroom.

Judge Nicola Talbot-Hadley said Pomari "is not a sophisticated criminal" and called the fact that he had texted the probation officer "stupid".

She ordered that the seized money be sent to charity. 

In the end, the court sentenced him to 2 years and 4 months in prison.
