France has triumphed in the 2023 Youth Festival, while Albania was ranked eighth with the singer Viola Gjyzeli.

The festival that took place in Nice brought 16 singers to the stage, where Viola Gjyzeli performed the 13th in a row in the Albanian language with the song "Bota ime".

After the voting of the respective countries and the jury, France managed to win with the singer Zoé Clauzure "Cœur" (Heart).

In all 16 competing countries but also other countries of the world, viewers voted for their favorite songs in two alternatives: Online voting before the show, where voting was based on fragments of the rehearsals, and online voting during the show, where viewers could vote for 15 minutes. after the last performance.

Also, national juries and online voting each determined 50% of the result.
