The President of Serbia has stated that he sees his country as a member of the EU by 2035, emphasizing that this will be achieved in the next 10 years if peace and stability continue to be maintained.

"I see Serbia in 2035 as a member of the European Union. Will we have the right to vote, Commissioner? I don't know. But for this, we need to accelerate our reforms, not that we are unable to fulfill them in agriculture," Vu?i? said at the presentation of the "Serbia 2030" Strategy at the Palace of Serbia in Belgrade.

He presented Serbia's vision for the years 2030-2035, assessing that the country is on the path of progress, but that this progress is not fast enough, so he emphasized that in the future it will be ahead of the countries in the region, especially in terms of implementing artificial intelligence.

"I see a country that embraces artificial intelligence, the merging of software and hardware, intelligence and labor ," Vu?i? added, stating that Serbia needs to think fast, work harder and make strategic decisions.

He also claims that in 2030 the average salary in Serbia will be 1,320, and the average pension will be 750 euros.

"The average salary in 2030 should be 1,700 euros. Salaries and pensions do not depend on the state's decision, like the minimum wage. This will not be easy to achieve ," Vu?i? said at the presentation of the national strategy.

He said that capital investments by 2030 will be 17 billion euros, plus 31 billion by 2035, not counting the costs for the army and police . "No less than 15 billion euros will be allocated for the army," Vu?i? said.

What impressed was the moment when Vu?i? also mentioned the relationship between Serbia and Kosovo, where he also brought to attention the recent tense situation in the Middle East.

The President of Serbia said that the Kosovo problem can only be solved through talks, that Belgrade does not want conflicts, emphasizing that currently there is no one he can talk to in Pristina.

"Their only desire is to expel Serbs from their centuries-old homeland and expel Serbia. We must strengthen schools and health centers, provide housing for our citizens and strengthen them financially," Vu?i? said.

Vu?i? further added that Kosovo is constitutionally defined as an autonomous province of Serbia, that this is also the case in the United Nations Charter, and that this has been accepted by most countries in the world.

He informed the citizens of Serbia that the military leadership knows the number and type of every rocket and grenade fired on the Persian battlefield, adding that it is being monitored very well and that many responses are being developed for any potential future crisis.

"We are much more prepared than some think and than some expect," Vu?i? said.
