The head of Ukraine's security services, Kirill Budanov, has declared that the president of Russia, Vladimir Putin, is not the one who appears in the media, as his associates are appearing there, which according to him are three.
This statement has quite surprised the public opinion. Budanov emphasized that these people have performed several plastic surgeries to resemble the Russian president as much as possible.
He also points out that what betrays Putin's friends is the height, since as can be seen in some photos and videos where the Russian president appears in public, there is a marked difference in height.
"We specifically know three people who keep showing up, but we don't know how many they are. Everyone did plastic surgery to look like him," said Budanov.
However, the official declined to comment on whether the Russian president disappeared after an illness or a power struggle. As he claims, the Kremlin has run out of guided missiles and believes that if Ukraine were to retake Kherson, the consequences for the Russian regime could be dramatic.
He claims that "change is inevitable" in Moscow. He believes that a new political order in Russia will be in the interest of civilized countries. However, he admits, Ukrainian leaders will have discussions about whether to push their forces over the Russian border. "The decision will be made by the head of state when we get all our land," he says.
"The big question is whether the real Putin still exists," he adds.
