A scenario worthy of Hollywood films has been prepared by an Albanian in the Netherlands, to enable the escape from prison of a notorious contract killer, part of the gang called "Tatoo killers". The Public Prosecutor's Office of the Netherlands demanded 3 years in prison on Friday against "Tatoo killer" Brian P., 36, because he allegedly planned to escape from prison in Grave with a drone.

In June 2023, during a hearing before the court in Zutphen it emerged that, according to the justice department, Brian P. had communicated with someone outside the prison walls. That person allegedly told him that he had ordered a "special drone" from Dubai. P. would be taken out of prison with that drone. P. then asked the question: "Can that thing handle my 95 kilos"? The answer to this would be "yes". According to his lawyer Sander Janssen, such a thing is impossible. "How big would a drone have to be so that my client could hang on it"?

"Tattoo killer" Brian P. has been in the Extra Secure Institution (EBI) in Vught since January of this year, on suspicion of embezzlement by the two founders of a prominent Dutch "Bitcoin" company. He and one of his suspects are accused of demanding 1 million euros. After his arrest, P. was held for a short time in "Arnhem" prison, after which he was transferred to "Grave" prison. However, it is learned that he had planned to escape from there and then ended up in "Vught" prison. He was held in BPG's management-disordered inmate unit, but was later transferred to EBI in Vught, according to his lawyer Gitte Stevens.

Raid
According to Dutch media, police searched a building in Rotterdam on November 29, 2022 in an investigation into drug and arms trafficking. On a phone found there, police allegedly read messages about an escape plan in which Brian P. was to be released from prison in Grave with a drone. From Women, the 'Tatoo killer' is said to have communicated through telephone conversations with Maarten van der T. and the Albanian Lisander O. Initially, the trio was said to have planned to release P. from prison with a helicopter, hanging on a rope. When that proved impossible, they discussed the plan to release P. while hanging from a drone at the airport.

The drone had to be bought in Dubai. Brian P. wondered if the rig could handle his 95 pounds. Maarten van der T. then allegedly suggested ordering two drones and hanging a "basket" between them. "150 can afford it." According to the Public Prosecution Service, Brian P. was to fly over the prison wall in "Grave" with a drone and then had to get into a stolen car. Then he would flee to Albania.

According to the justice authorities, the three suspects are part of a criminal organization that sought to release Brian P. from prison. The Public Prosecution requests 3 years in prison for Brian P. If it belongs to the justice system, Maarten van der T. will receive a sentence with 18 months in prison, of which 6 months are suspended. So Lisader O. was asked to be sentenced to 16 months in prison. The court will make its decision on January 19, 2024.
