Pope Francis: Sex is one of the most beautiful things given by God!

Pope Francis has become part of a documentary in dialogue with young people entitled 'Amen' that will be broadcast on Disney+.

The Pope has admitted to young people that sex is one of the most beautiful things that God has given to man.

"Sex is one of the beautiful things that God has given to man. Sexual expression is a wealth. So anything that diminishes the true sexual expression. diminishes you and exhausts this wealth in you. Sex has its own dynamics, it has its own reason for existence.

The expression of love is perhaps the whole point of sexual activity. Then anything that pulls you from another part and takes away from you from that direction reduces your sexual activity." The Pope admits that Christians have not always had a mature catechesis on sex," he said.

In the documentary, the Pope talks about the relationship between the Church and the LGBT world. A Spanish girl is introduced named Celia who explains that she is non-binary and Christian.

"Do you know what a non-binary person is?" he asks Francis. He - Osservatore Romano reports - says yes, but she explains to him all the same that a non-binary person is someone who "is neither male nor female, or, at least, not completely or all the time".

Then he wants to know if there is room for sexual and gender diversity in the church and the Pope answers that every man is a son of God.

"Every person is a daughter of God, every person. God does not reject anyone, God is a father. And I have no right not to expel anyone from the Church. Not only that, my duty is always to welcome. The Church cannot close the door to no one, no one".

Immediately afterwards, the Pope criticizes those who use the Bible as a reference to justify the exclusion from the church community of the so-called LGBT movement.

"These people are infiltrators who take advantage of the Church for their personal passions, for their personal narrow-mindedness. It is one of the corruptions of the Church," says Pope Francis.
