An ax-wielding man attacks 4 people in a supermarket in France

Four people were injured last night by a man with an ax in a supermarket in Zemon, in the north of France, including the author of the incident.

Local newspaper La Voix du Nord reports that two of them are in serious condition. The author was injured after he tried to hit himself with an axe.

"Currently there is no evidence to make any assumptions about the motivation of the attacker, who has not been identified," said a police source.
