Fiks Fare returned to one of the most sensational events that took place in the summer of 2024.

On August 10, 2024, it was reported that Egli Proga had died after falling while drunk. The victim's family said that Egli was killed and the perpetrator, Denis Meçe, was later arrested on charges of manslaughter. After denunciations and protests, the Korça Prosecutor's Office reclassified the incident as intentional homicide.

But, more than 14 months after the incident, the Korça Prosecutor's Office cannot find the security cameras, which have been deleted, both in the bar where the murder took place and in the supermarket opposite. The cameras filmed before and after the murder, but not the minutes of the murder. One of the main witnesses, Andi Shkullaku, has given several different statements, once saying that only one person (Denis Meçe) shot him, then he confessed that it was also Leonidha Guçe (alias Klodi Guçe) who hit him.

The prosecution still has many questions; Where are the cameras, how many people hit him and how many people participated?! These questions still have no answers to this day, as the event continues to have many mysteries and no one is responsible for who interfered with the servers.

The file has been returned for investigation!

14 months after the incident, the file was returned for investigation to the Korça Prosecutor's Office. A witness and the perpetrator himself, Denis Meçe, has changed his statements several times. Denis initially said that the victim fell down drunk and hit his head. Later, wiretaps were conducted, which resulted in "Denis hitting him with a punch." 8 months of investigations were conducted and the perpetrator himself admitted that he hit him.

According to the prosecution, when the file was about to go to court, the main perpetrator Denis Meçe changed his testimony. He said that the victim cursed Leonidha Guçe as the latter entered. "That's when I heard an ooo, ohhh," he says. Then, he testifies that he saw from the window of the bar that Leonidha, or as they knew him, Klodi, had punched him several times in the head and abdomen. And after the victim was brought to his feet, he hit him with his knee in the genitals. "Leonidha had a gold ring in her hand and Andi Shkullaku intervened and separated them," he continued.

Denisi testified that he entered the bar and the victim cursed at him. He invited him to come outside and hit him once near the right ear. The victim then fell to the ground.

Who deleted the bar and supermarket cameras?!

Although the charges and evidence were changed several times, there are still many questions about the investigation of this file. The indictment states that the internal camera of the bar contains a memory card and has recordings from the days before the event. However, the footage from the date of the event has been deleted. The deletion of certain footage may not have occurred due to a technical problem, but there may have been intentional interference.

After examining the card, the presence of a virus was discovered, which affected only two folders and it is suspected that this virus was introduced to delete or manipulate data. According to the file, the cameras were working before the event occurred, while surprisingly they were working even after the murder. The moment of the murder, or at least someone must have influenced these images.

Meanwhile, the file states that the external camera of a supermarket also contains footage from the period after the event, but with an incorrect date and the year 1970 has been set. In these images, officers are seen at the scene, but footage of the moment of the event is not shown. This anomaly suggests a possible intervention. The prosecution writes that all electronic devices have been sent to Italy for examination. As a result, the file continues to be in the numbered place, since April 2025, awaiting the letter-order.

Leonidha Guça's family: The incident is being manipulated

The relatives of Leonidha (alias Klodi) Guçe, now charged with intentional murder, in an interview with Fiks Fare raise suspicions that the incident is being manipulated again by the influential relatives of the main perpetrator, Denis Meçe. They say that an attempt is being made to save Denis again, by blaming their relatives.

They say that the evidence has been manipulated again, just so that the main perpetrator Denisi can get away with it. They only ask for the cameras to be opened, to find out who deleted them. Fiksi asked them that, if the cameras are opened and it turns out that Leonidha (Klodi) Guçe participated in the event, what appeal do they have? "To receive the deserved punishment, if the court does not punish him, we will punish him," they say.

According to them, Leonidha also has this request, just to clarify the incident after he was outside the bar with other witnesses. His sister adds that the main witness Andi Shkullaku has made several contradictory statements. Leonidha's family has even met Andi several times, conversations which they have recorded.

In these conversations, Andi Shkullaku once states that Klodi approached him, while later stating that he "didn't hit him". "I didn't," he said. He says that now even those in the prosecution don't trust me and that "they've crippled me for this job". He says that he has always testified that only one person hit him, while regarding the latest testimony he says that "they got it mixed up".

The main witness doubled down: They pressured me!

Dëshmitarët e tjerë: Denisi e goditi në kokë…

Fiksi ka pyetur edhe dy dëshmitarë të tjerë, njëri prej të cilëve Arjan Manellari është duke u hetuar me masën e sigurisë “arrest në shtëpi”. “Unë rri në Kroaci erdha që andej. Në tavolinë ishim unë Klodi dhe Denis Meçe. Viktimën s’e mora vesh kishte apo s’kishte njeri brenda, ishin në lokal s’e dija fare. Ne ishim jashtë.

Më pas hyri brenda Denisi brenda. Në lokal erdhi edhe Llazi, solli makinën e Klodit dhe e la atje të parkuar jashtë. Hyri brenda Denisi. Doli dhe hyri sërish, vetëm kur e pamë që e goditi me grusht jashtë“, thotë ai.

Ai shton se në kokë e ka goditur Denis Meçe. “Ne e pamë jashtë lokalit se atje ishim neve. E ka goditur me grusht. Klodi ndodhej me ne në tavolinë. Isha unë, Klodi dhe Llazi. Më pas Klodi u ngrit dhe ndihmoi viktimën me ujë. Denisi iki. Lokali kishte kamera. Ka edhe brenda, po s’e di nëse punonin apo s’punonin. Dhe jashtë ka biznese” shton më tej Arjani. Fiksi e pyet nëse është i sigurt dhe thotë se “i sigurt, ishte me ne”. Ai thotë se edhe atë e kanë akuzuar për moskallëzim krimi, teksa ka dëshmuar 3-4 herë dhe ka rrëfyer vetëm këtë.

Fiksi telefonon edhe dëshmitarin tjetër Llazi Tomorri. Ai thotë se është ndodhur aty rastësisht dhe se ka dëshmuar ato që ka pasur për të thënë. “Unë i kam dhënë në 2 institucione të ndryshme” pohon ai. Fiksi e pyet se kush e ka goditur viktimën? “Kam qenë me kurriz nga vendi ku ka ndodhur ngjarja dhe i kam thënë të gjitha s’kam çfarë të them tjetër” vijon ai. Gazetarët e pyesin sërish se kush e goditi viktimën, Denisi apo Leonidha? “Unë kam thënë për Leonidhën (Klodin) që nuk e kam parë që të çohet nga tavolina dhe të largohet, domethënë që të ketë goditur. Kështu që mbetet që e ka goditur ai tjetri” përfundon ai.

Witness Andi – I read some, they were full of pages, there's no way... When the police came to us, I went to the police station, 3 days there, to court and then to prison.

Citizen – Did you confront Volti (the owner of the bar)?

Witness Andi – I did. I told Voltit, he told me to move away from the door. He doesn't do anything. He doesn't speak, because he speaks to you.

Citizen – What if he talks to you?
