Greek journalist Giorgos Solaris who allegedly spoke to the 12-year-old's profile allegedly managed by Elias Michos on Blindchat has broken his silence. He has claimed that he is on the list of 212 who had spoken to the 12-year-old on the online platform.

Solaris, speaking for Star, has declared that he is shocked and says:  I am a person who does not do such things, I do not deal. I am at the disposal of the authorities and the police to put an end to all this torture I am going through. I'm not afraid of anything, I haven't done anything. I am real.

The journalist lives and works in Syros and according to him, he learned two days ago from his colleagues that he is one of the 212 who spoke on the 12-year-old's profile.

He claims to have had a single conversation with her profile and says:  I entered quite by accident, I saw an advertisement in front of me, as a journalist I was curious to see what exactly this was. So I went in, put in my name, put in my age, email, so I went in and got an automated message that seemed to be unfamiliar. I didn't know if it was a man or a woman. He said 'good morning' to me. I say 'good morning'. He says 'what are you doing?' I say good'. I didn't even know how to use this thing. He says 'would you like to meet?' I say 'what do you mean?' It says 'as a gift'. I say 'What gift?' He told me an amount, I don't remember exactly, with an amount of 50-60 euros in Sepolia in the car to meet.

Continuing his description, he emphasized: I say 'what exactly?' He tells me 'let's meet to have sex'. Such things, automatically there was no possibility... I refused. I didn't like this proposal that was made to me, that's all. He was said to be 20 years old.”

The event was discovered about 1 month ago by the minor's aunt who had noticed her suspicious behavior and when she got her phone she discovered all the messages, photos and videos exchanged with the 53-year-old who is suspected of first he kidnapped the minor in several cases and then started to prostitute her to different clients against payment. What makes the incident even more serious is the discovery that the 12-year-old's mother was also involved in her daughter's prostitution, as from the messages exchanged with the 53-year-old and his wife, she often asked for different amounts of money in exchange for silence.
