Relations between the prime minister of Kosovo and that of Albania are not at their best.

The conflict between Albin Kurti deepened due to the different attitudes they hold towards the tensions in the North of Kosovo, but which started much earlier, since Rama announced joining the "Open Balkan" initiative, which Kurti rejected.

And just a few days ago, Rama would announce the "closure" of the Open Balkans. According to Rama, the regional initiative accomplished its mission, while the countries of the Western Balkans should now support the "Berlin Process".

It seems that here, Kurti has decided to sting Rama, as he has posted a photo where he appears smiling and surrounded by his allies in the "Open Balcony" of the government.

"A pleasant afternoon at the Open Balcony of the Government, with the President, Speaker of Parliament, Deputy Prime Minister Gërvalla and Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi", writes Kurti.

"Balkoni i Hapur" has not passed without catching the eye of commentators who write that "you are dissing Edi Rama".
