The former prime minister of Greece, Antonis Samaras, delivered a strong speech this Monday against the government and the current prime minister, Qirjako Mitsotakis.
During an event for the launch of Manolis Kottakis' book, "The Secret Files of Karamanlis", Samaras did not spare harsh attacks on Mitsotakis.
"We are eating the shame one after the other, from the Albanians, to the people of Skopje and the Turks", he said, referring to Mitsotakis' policies that have often been considered failed or wrong in relation to the aforementioned countries.
The Greek government has refused to comment on Samara's statements, saying that it does not comment on the statements of former prime ministers.
Mitsotakis has been criticized for having failed in relation to Albania, causing further damage, for the way he handled the Fredi Beleri case.
