The Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca, in a statement to the media, spoke about the three conditions that Prime Minister Albin Kurti has set for the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia. The last meeting took place on June 26 in Brussels, but without a result as the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti and the Serbian President Aleksandër Vucic did not meet each other.
"As institutions, we remain determined regarding three conditions. Let's talk about what is called not signing the agreement, precisely because of this, Serbia has taken the position that it does not respect the agreement. that it was a traffic violation, completely free in Serbia and it is being protected there", he said.
Among other things, the head of the Kosovo parliament, Konjufca, said that Kosovo has information about some preparations that some young people are making in Serbia, for a possible attack.
"Our institutions have accurate information that hundreds of people are training, preparing for any eventual attack. But, we are always, and our security institutions are alert and face whatever comes from Serbia, and with a coordination with the international and military institutions operating in Kosovo", he emphasized.
The statement comes after posters with the face of the Serbian president in four municipalities in the north of the country. The appearance of these posters in the north occurs at a time when tensions between Kosovo and Serbia continue to be high since May of last year, when the new Albanian mayors in the four municipalities in the north began their mandate. Tensions rose further in September, when a group of armed Serbs attacked the Kosovo Police in Banjska, killing a sergeant.
