A death row inmate has asked Kim Kardashian to help him avoid execution. Jeffery Lee Wood has spent the past 24 years knowing he faced the death penalty after being convicted in 1998, despite claiming he didn't kill anyone.

The Mirror writes that Wood has already twice scheduled his execution, but is hopeful that one day he can leave the Texas prison. But Jeff continues to say that he should never have been sentenced to death and is now asking for help "network influencer" Kim Kardashian, who has undertaken an initiative to help all "victims" of the American justice system.

"I know she has tried to help other death row inmates, but I can't get in touch with her."

The convict admits that he was only involved in the discussions about the robbery of a supermarket in Texas. Along with his friend Danny Reneau and another guy, Bill Bunker, Jeff had discussed the robbery and splitting the profits.

But before that happened Keeran and Jeff pulled out. But on January 2, 1996, Reneau entered the supermarket to carry out the robbery with only his mind, and this led to the conflict during which Reneau shot Keeran in the face.

Jeff was waiting outside in the car and when he got in he was ordered by Reneau who had a gun in his hand to collect the cash, about $11,350 ($20,000 in today's value).
