The Supreme Court makes the decision, Great Britain is allowed to send asylum

The High Court in London declared the UK government's plan to send asylum seekers to Rwanda legal.

Specifically, with this decision, anyone who has entered Britain illegally will be able to enter Africa, with the exception of unaccompanied children.

In April, the UK signed an agreement with Kigali to send migrants who land on its shores to Rwanda. The plan was announced by then home secretary Priti Patel in what she described as a " first world deal " with the East African nation in a bid to prevent migrants from crossing the Channel.

One of the judges, Clive Leeis, said: " The court has concluded that it is lawful for the government to take measures to relocate asylum seekers to Rwanda and for their asylum claims to be determined in Rwanda and not in the UK ."

But he added that the government "must decide whether there is anything about each person's particular circumstances which means that their asylum claim should be determined in the UK or whether there are other reasons why they should not move to Rwanda.”

Britain has paid Rwanda £140 million under an agreement reached in April, but no one has yet been sent there. The UK was forced to cancel the first deportation flight at the last minute in June after the European Court of Human Rights ruled that the plan contained "a real risk of irreversible harm".

The media in the country report on increasing numbers of refugees, where Albanians have often been in focus, for whom Great Britain insists that they come from a "safe country".
