"We still believe in Ukraine's victory," Zelensky's message
Volodymyr Zelensky

Ukrainians have marked Orthodox Easter Sunday with prayers for those who are on the front line of the war and others who are trapped in the eastern cities of the country.

Addressing the nation inside St. Sophia Cathedral in Kiev on the occasion of this gloomy holiday in Ukraine, President Zelensky vowed that despite the situation, no evil will be able to destroy their country.

"Today we still believe in a new victory in Ukraine and we are all convinced that we will not be destroyed by evil. "We are overcoming the dark times of the day and most of us are not dressed in bright clothes, but we are fighting for a bright idea," said Zelensky.
