Kurti and Vucic held the next meeting in Brussels, with the mediation of the head of the foreign policy of the European Union, Josep Borrell and the EU envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak.
On the discussion table was the EU's proposal for the normalization of Kosovo-Serbia relations.
In advance, the two leaders met separately with European officials.
Borrell expects the parties to have a constructive approach to an EU proposal for the normalization of relations between their countries.
"I welcomed in Brussels Prime Minister Albin Kurti and President Aleksandër Vučič, at the high-level meeting of the Prishtina-Belgrade dialogue. On the agenda: the EU's proposal for the normalization of relations. I hope both sides have a constructive approach," he wrote on Twitter.
