The government residence in Dajt is being transformed into a 5-star resort, with a swimming pool and luxurious facilities, which is being built with a total of 6 million euros, following a tender announced by the Directorate of Government Services. In recent days, the KKT, which is headed by the heads of state, those who will frequent the environment, has issued the construction permit.

According to documents available to Vox News, the government has issued a permit for the "revitalization of the government residence, Dajt Villa", located in the Municipality of Tirana, with the developer being the Directorate of Government Services. The permit, which our editorial team has researched, includes a map of the area and photos of the project, while the residence will feature stone and woodwork and will also have a swimming pool.

Those who will use the residence and the swimming pool itself will see the chaotic construction in Tirana, or if they rest at night, when the opposition will protest on the boulevard, they will see the flames of Molotov cocktails or fireworks. It seems that, in the fourth mandate, these governments are "copying" the style of the dictator Enver Hoxha, who had residences from north to south, from Tirana to Pogradec, Vlora or Dhërmi, or even Saranda.

The documents state that the total area of ??the land is 15,000 m², while it is learned that there are two estates, or separate villas where the heads of state stay or hold meetings. It is learned that the first villa has an area of ??450 square meters and the second villa with an area of ??672 square meters.

The Government Directorate writes that, in addition to the reconstruction of the two villas, a new environment, a conference hall, will be built. According to them, the area that will undergo revitalization is a full 1625.5 m².

Vox News has also obtained photos of the project, which show that the site, if completed according to the project, will be transformed into a 5-star resort. Both villas will be restored, with stone and woodwork.

There will be verandas and relaxation areas. Do state officials really need this relaxation? Have they rested so much that, with the taxes of poor Albanians, a resort can be built?!

In the documents that Vox News researched, it turns out that these government officials have also requested the construction of a panoramic swimming pool. The location of the villa makes the use of the residence very attractive, as it is within the Dajti National Park. In fact, when these statesmen bathe in the pool, their panorama will be the smog of Tirana.

Vox News has learned that the Directorate of Government Services has finalized the secret tender and the winner has been announced as the "Hastoçi" company, while the value of the tender for the revitalization was 619 million lek, or over 6.2 million euros.
