Alqi Bllaku is among the names arrested and is being held in prison by SPAK for the investigation started in connection with the incinerators.

Among the accusations against the former socialist deputy is that of illegal profit by dereliction of duty. How? SPAK says that the father of Alqi Bllakos was paid 150,000 euros for two years as an employee at the Tirana incinerator.

The charge is still unproven, but for this Alqi Blako is being held in a cell, unlike Drini Kryemadhi, the brother of Monika Kryemadhi, against whom there is a well-documented lawsuit in SPAK regarding the favors he has benefited from the approval concession, using the power of his sister and Ilir Meta.

Alqi Blako is accused of having a conflict of interest in the matter of incinerators, employing his father as well. Isn't the same case for Drini Kryemadhi, the brother of Monika Kryemadhi, who was hired in 2013 with a salary of almost 4 million lek at the approval concession, even as a simple mechanic?

Evidence and documentation provided by Voxnews.al show that not only that, but nobody has seen Drini Kryemadhi at work. Even the director of the General Directorate of Road Transport, Blendi Gonxhe, and even Edi Rama himself have changed his name.

But, in the face of these accusations, SPAK has followed another standard, that of silence. The silence of the Special Prosecutor's Office is not related more to the lack of evidence than to the lack of will. The evidence is square. Drini Kryemadhi was rehabilitated to approval as an honor returned by the SGS company to Ilir Meta, who in 2009 lobbied and voted for the fat concession.

- më 15.05.2012, Manjola Kryemadhit (bashkëshortja e Drinit) i kreditohet llogaria me 20.000.000 lek si kalim fondi nga Nuri Shaqir Peti.
- më 24/04/2017 Nuri Peti i jep borxh Drinit 40.000 Euro.

Nuri Peti, për të gjithë ata që nuk e dinë ende, është vjehrri i Drini Kryemadhit. Në dhjetor të vitit 2020, muaji në të cilin koncesioni i SGS-së përfundon Drini Kryemadhit i arkëtohet rreth 32 mln lek pagë mujore, pa asnjë arsyetim shtesë.

Këta janë shembujt që tregojnë dy standardet e SPAK-ut, ku njërin e trajton si të njërkës, e tjetrin si të nënës. Rasti është nga ata që minon besimin te drejtësia e re, aq e trumpetuar nga politika, mbështetur nga ndërkombëtarët dhe besuar nga shqiptarët. Sa për këta të fundit, sondazhet e këtij viti kanë treguar rënie të besimit dhe një prej faktorëve është edhe standardi i dyfishtë i prokurorisë së posaçme.

Që të mos mbahet mend si drejtësia e plepave, apo drejtësia e ‘KÇK’-së, gjëja e parë që SPAK duhet të bëjë është që të ruajë një standard për të gjithë.
