VoxNews has discovered new details regarding the serious event that happened on August 13 of this year in Tirana. A 22-year-old woman from Kenya, named Joy, was mistreated and thrown from the second floor of the apartment where she lived for rent on "Pandeli Evangjeli" street in the capital. Although the event happened on August 13, the first notification by the Tirana police was made only after 3 months, on November 9.

The police stated that at the end of the first investigative actions for this case, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana. She has registered the criminal proceedings for the criminal offense "Deliberate serious injury". The police of Tirana not only did not make the case public, but also referred it to the prosecutor's office late. The media write that the Tirana Police referred the crime to the prosecutor's office only 2 weeks after it happened.

Sources told VoxNews that the Prosecutor's Office has received the forensic report for the 22-year-old. On the basis of which the criminal offense "Deliberate serious injury" was also referred to. This is because it turns out that the young woman was raped, the close people and compatriots of the 22-year-old from Kenya who live and work in Albania were interrogated.

Her last contacts were also questioned, residents of the area where the apartment was located and the neighbors of the 22-year-old were also questioned. It is suspected that on the day when the incident took place in the apartment where Joy lived for rent, there were also other people.

For this, scientific evidence has also been collected, such as footprints, fingerprints, and biological samples. This is to find out who are the people who were in the 22-year-old's apartment the night when the incident happened and what connects them to the girl from Kenya, who worked in a casino in Tirana.

The more we stayed, the more suspicious we became, since we didn't even have a camera, we were just ordinary citizens, someone approached us and asked us, have you lost your way, do you want me to help you. We answered that no, but we are waiting for someone, don't wait too long, he told us that the night is dark and the neighborhood has problems with the lights going off sometimes.

The friend who was accompanying me told me that they are pressuring us, while I more smilingly told him that they want us well, it seems that we do not have Joy's 'luck'. The law enforcement institutions are silent, no one speaks, only the police with a cold statement, the latter also forced due to media pressure.

The desolate mother has not left television without appearing, not for fun, but with the idea that they will help her collect the large amount of 500 thousand euros to heal her daughter. VoxNews went to her again to ask, but she told us that she is tired, I don't care what happened or how it happened, I just want to heal the girl and leave.

We recall that Joy went missing on August 13, 2022 from 03:25 am to approximately 07:00 am. She was found in serious condition under the building where she lived on the second floor, but the event is shrouded in mystery.

Did Joy accidentally fall or did something else happen? What did Joy see or do that drove her to this point? Why were the police and the prosecutor's office silent? Why is it that none of the doctors speak and they secretly treat the girl who spent her birthday in the hospital bed?

All these are easily resolved if there is institutional will and independence from external influences. If there is positive will Joy recovers very quickly and her attackers receive the deserved punishment. But what will happen, we will wait for every new detail, we will write, we will not let the event sleep.
