The reserved language he used to answer the journalists' questions about the accusations and charges leveled against his subordinates did little to hide the displeasure of the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani .

The head of SPAK was asked about Mirel Mërtir's report to prosecutor Klodian Braho, where he confirmed that it was filed by mail.

"We received the report by mail from the person in question. The matter is being treated like any other matter with the utmost seriousness. No one is immune even in our ranks, including me," he said.

Mirel Mërtiri has filed a complaint against prosecutor Braho in SPAK , accusing him of falsifying state forms and documents and exercising illegal influence.

The falsification is related to a trip that Braho undertook in Greece in 2012 in the company of two convicts for drug trafficking, Bledar and Leonat Gavelli .

Both brothers were subject to OFL in 2020, where their assets were seized. The file ended up in SPAK, but the report states that Klodian Braho intervened to close it and unlock the assets of the two brothers.

Dumani also admitted that the investigations into the sterilization and the demands of the security measure by the prosecutors were not complete.

"We are prosecutors, but that doesn't mean we all think and reason the same way. I intervened with a binding instruction, since the month of May when the first measures had not been given (for Rrjepaj and Rrapaj). I expressed my position in relation to the issue and the role of the former minister", said Dumani.
