Scandal with the Cadastre/ Northern Director, Kiara Haskaj suspends employee permits (Document)

Employees in the Directorate of the State Cadastre Agency  in Tirana for the North will have to reschedule their annual leave this year, as they have been suspended.

This decision came from the director, Kiara Haskaj , who explains that the suspension of the permit is due to the large flow of work.

In the decision signed by the director of ASHK with an office in Tirana but which covers the north of Albania, it is written that the suspension of annual leaves which are paid and have not been exhausted will be suspended until a second decision.

For 2 months, Kiara moved to the ASHK directorate for the north in the cadastre of Tirana, where sources for VoNews inform that she has been appointed there for the legalization of an object which will be built in a cultural area in the middle of Tirana. This legalization of construction may constitute one of the biggest scandals that happened in the Albanian Cadastre.
