The Mayor of Lezha, Pjerin Ndreu, is in line with the party that nominated him, giving money to well-known companies or individuals in the central government. Despite the fact that the powers should be separated, Ndreu seems to meticulously implement every directive, so that the money goes to those known as friends of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
Naturally, the honor is returned, as in several meetings with the heads of the municipalities, Ndreu has been congratulated by Prime Minister Edi Rama for cleaning up the territory. Despite the fact that the coast of Lezha is being occupied day by day, even the protected areas, Pjerini has still played nice, doing only "daily chores", while "blaming the government" for major projects.
The occupation of Rana e Hedhur, Shëngjin or Kune Vaini has not worried him, as he has quickly sent letters for several projects in the area. He has neither opposed nor approved, as he has remained neutral. This stance seems to have pleased even the heads of state, as they see in Ndreu a dedicated man.
Now, the former State Police officer continues to carry out "orders", after the tender for the purchase of technological cleaning machines was won by a well-known name in the government, an Israeli, Ron Yeffet, who has become a partner in the Albanian firm TIMAK.

According to documents researched by VoxNews, the Municipality of Lezha finalized a tender a few days ago for the "purchase of technological equipment", with a contract duration of 90 days. There were 3 companies in the competition, two of which submitted similar offers and the third did not submit an offer.
In fact, one of the two companies that submitted a bid, the firm "ALBANIA MOTOR COMPANY", was disqualified, raising serious doubts that the entire procedure was highly fictitious.
It is learned that the operator "TIMAK" has given an offer of 40,934,980 lek, or a little more than 410 thousand euros. As in the predetermined procedures, in this document, Pjerini's subordinates have tried to explain the reasons for the disqualification. More excuses!

The company "TIMAK" was founded several years ago, while there was a pomposity in the production of vehicles or machinery "Made in Albania". It seems that the pomposity came to an end the moment the company "TIMAK" entered the business of producing weapons or military machinery as a shareholder with the state.
Shortly before the government made the deal between the state-owned firm KAYO and TIMAK, the company added a shareholder. Surprisingly, the shareholder was an Israeli citizen, described as a “friend of Prime Minister Edi Rama”. He is Ron Yeffet, with several businesses around the world and has recently turned his attention to Albania. He took 49% of the shares and Puca held 51%.
Now, in addition to the military vehicle business, the "TIMAK" company is also easily winning tenders from state institutions. It seems that the "curse" has ended, since the Israeli became a shareholder.
