A few months before the local elections, the Municipality of Elbasan , led by Llatja, opened the tender for the reconstruction of the road in the neighborhood " 11 November " in Elbasan. The limit fund set by the Municipality for the asphalt before the elections was about 221 thousand dollars .

Three companies responded to the call of the Municipality for the tender, specifically the company " BE-IS " LLC, " BAJRAMI N. " LLC and " ERGI " LLC .

But the evaluation commission in the Municipality of Mayor Llatja has excluded the other two competing companies and left the company Be-SI LLC alone in the competition with an offer of 216 thousand dollars .

For this procedure, the municipality received a red flag signaling the risk of abuse of the procedures. The administrator of the company that won the tender with a bid of 216,000 dollars was arrested in the operation that also imprisoned the former mayor of Bulqiza, Lefter Alla .

Ibrahimaj was accused by the prosecution of corruption and forgery. On March 16, he was put under "house arrest", while only a few days later, the mayor of Elbasan, Gledjan Llatja, approved the tender with a red flag.

But on October 16, 2019, the mayor of Elbasan inspected the progress of the works in the neighborhood " 11 November " where a total reconstruction of this neighborhood was being carried out.

It was about an investment that consisted in the paving of this road as well as the lighting, to facilitate the circulation of vehicles, but mostly of pedestrians

It has not been three years and this neighborhood has returned to its former state. Thus, since the first time did not turn out well, Llatja is laying another layer of asphalt on this neighborhood./ VoxNews
