Report TV has published the complete file of the appeal made on the 6th day by the former Minister of Reconstruction Arben Ahmetaj, through which he opposed the housing inspections, considering them illegal and unconstitutional.
Ahmetaj calls it contrary to the law, and while he says that due to the imposition of preventive sequestration, he together with his partner Erjola Hoxha and the minor child have been forced to live in a rented apartment, since they do not have another apartment.
On the other hand, in the document, Ahmetaj says that the method followed for the seizure is "inquisitorial", since according to him, in the 64 court decision, it is not stated in any sentence what favorable material acts he has committed in relation to the case of incinerators.
On the other hand, Ahmetaj says that the purchase of the house in Hamallaj was made with money declared by his roommate, Eriola, with money that went through the bank. Also, according to the former minister, Klodian Zoto, he did not make any payment, and while focusing on the fact that why it has not been declared in the ILDKPI, it is said that Ahmetaj's cohabitant is not official, that she will have to declare her assets.
Another argument is the fact that, according to the appellant, the decision that is the subject of this appeal did not respect not only the right to property and the principle of presumption of innocence, but also violated the rights of Erjola Hoxha, that of independence./ Albanian
